loss/wellness program that challenges participants to live healthy and whole
lives in Christ, while serving others who suffer from physical and spiritual
poverty around the world. *

every Monday evening (time TBA) via virtual web-casting/online.
*While in the program all
participants will be asked to engage in a pledge program, based on your
chosen personal health goal. All proceeds will go to benefit Food for the
Hungry. (www.fh.org)

Have a daughter that will be finishing 5th-8th grade? In this workshop girls will have a great opportunity to learn about age appropriate fitness and take a sampler of different types of workout classes. Each day the girls will spend an hour trying something new like: kickboxing, aerobics, stretch and tone, yoga, cardio dance, resistance work. The idea is to see what they like and develop a "fitness is fun" attitude! All fitness classes are taught by a certified personal trainer and fitness instructor. The second hour is time for them to catch their breath and explore the topics of self esteem, body image and healthy eating habits. We will also tackle some strategies on how to rise above girl relational aggression/girl bullying. For next workshop times please visit:
