I was frustrated that my body wasn't changing and I was doing at lesat one hour of heavy duty exercise a day and seeing no changes. After meeting Alisa I was ready to commit to change. The best part of the program is that you are given the ability to do it all on your own. This meant that I was in charge of my destiny. Even though I did like reporting in daily in order to get feedback, encouragement and accountability in the first few weeks. The AKAFitness program is very realistic without counting and measuring every day for the rest of your life. It was well worth the money and I couldn't be more thankful.

I had always worked out 4-5 times a week and thought I are fairly healthy. I knew I was in shape, but my body didn't reflect that. After a few weeks I felt so much better, and I began to see results a little at a time. It wasn't easy but my regular food diary and email updates kept me in check and motivated to keep going.
