Whether you want to lose weight, increase strength, lower body fat and/or increase muscle mass, AKA Fitness can design the program just for you. We design each program around to meet your busy lifestyle by teaching you how to train smarter and not harder. Each program design is based on five fundamental elements of health and fitness. Cardiovascular exercise, resistance training, nutrition, flexibility, rest and recovery are the five foundational pillars of good health. All will be trained according to your individual goal(s). Along with each program comes four weeks of daily on-line professional health and fitness coaching and accountability.
EXTENDED ACCOUNTABILITY
Studies have shown that it takes up to three weeks to break a habit and up to three months to create a new habit. Additionally the habit is only considered a lifestyle change once it has been maintained for a year. Many of our clients have found their success came strongly due to the accountability that each program provided for the first four weeks.
For those individuals who would like to continue their accountability with their personal health coach, AKA Fitness can provided an extended amount of time with their coach for up to four weeks at a time.
Life events such as birthday parties, weddings and vacations present great challenges when trying to create a lifestyle change. Your coach will help you make a plan to get you through the tough times while still enjoying these very special moments. This service is also very beneficial in addressing any physical plateaus that will occur in any fitness program. Your coach will get you through, over and around any life obstacles that may come.
HOLISTIC FITNESS CLASSES

Revelation Fitness Training puts the "work" in a workout, by the creation for the Creator. This class will keep you and your muscles guessing, ignite your Spirit and give new meaning and purpose to being healthy and whole. Cardiovascular, strength training and flexibility exercises make this a must for people who are trying to fit it all in. (*Participants need to bring a mat and light hand weights to each class)

WEIGH LESS to FEED MORE
Weigh Less to Feed More is an eight week, Christ centered, weight loss and wellness program that teaches participants how to live healthy and whole lives while serving others who suffer from physical and spiritual poverty around the world.
Currently close to 1 billion people worldwide are overweight while 840 million people worldwide suffer from physical and spiritual poverty. In Weigh Less we desire to balance the scales.
